To initiate a return, please use our return portal HERE.
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Simply Sage Boutique! Please review our return policy carefully:
Store Credit Only
We issue store credit only for all eligible returns.
We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
Store credit does not expire.
Return Timeframes
Initiation: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping: You have 4 days to ship the item back after your return is approved.
Local Pickup Orders: If you selected local pickup, you must reach out to info@shopsimplysageboutique.com within 7 days of your order being marked as delivered to request a return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Jewelry
- Accessories
- Bodysuits
- Swimwear
- Candles
- Gift Cards
- Perfumes
- Blankets
- Hair Accessories & Hats
- All sale items
Late Returns
Items shipped back outside of the 4-day return window (after approval) will be returned to the sender.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for store credit, items must be returned in their original condition:
- With tags attached
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Free of excessive hair (human or animal)
- Free of smoke smell
- Free of makeup marks or stains
Items returned that do not meet these requirements may not receive store credit.
Denied Returns
If returned items do not meet the above requirements, the return may be denied and sent back to the customer.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@shopsimplysageboutique.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include a photo of the damage in your email.
If we are not notified within this timeframe, the item will no longer qualify for a return or replacement.
Important Considerations
- Simply Sage Boutique is not responsible for damages caused by improper care, handling, or incorrect sizing
- Colors of items may vary due to lighting and screen settings — this does not qualify as a defect
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Simply Sage Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered
- No price adjustments will be made on previously purchased items
Checkout+ (Optional Return + Shipping Protection)
We know how much thought goes into choosing your pieces, and we want you to feel fully confident from checkout to delivery. That’s why we offer Checkout+, our optional Return + Shipping Protection designed to make your experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.
What is Checkout+?
Checkout+ is an optional add-on available at checkout (U.S. orders only) that covers both your return shipping and your package in transit.
What’s Included:

Free Return Shipping: If you need to return eligible items, your return label is completely free.

Without Checkout+: You can still return eligible items, but the cost of the return label will be deducted from your store credit or required to be paid by you.

Shipping Protection: Your order is protected in case it is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit giving you added peace of mind once it leaves our hands.
- Shipping Without Checkout+: If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you will need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Please Note:
Checkout+ does not override our return policy. Items marked as final sale or listed as non-returnable are still not eligible for return, even if Checkout+ is purchased. This protection applies only to items that meet our standard return eligibility requirements.
