We’re so bummed it didn't work out...here's the breakdown:
We accept returns received to us within 15 days of purchase (the date listed on your receipt). Items must be unwashed, unworn, and still have all tags attached to receive a refund. Items that do not meet these requirements will not receive a refund or store credit. If tags are removed the item will no longer be eligible for store credit or refund. Items purchased with a promo code are eligible for store credit only in the amount of the lowest price of the item. SALE items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for store credit, refunds, or exchanges.
If you cannot make it into store to return we accept returns through "return" page under the "help" menu.
