Return Policy
We’re so bummed it didn't work out...here's the breakdown:
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges or store credit within 15 days of your purchase date. A receipt is required for all returns, exchanges, or store credit requests.
We do not offer refunds to the original payment method. Only exchanges and store credit are available. Store credit does not expire.
All items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached to receive store credit or to exchange. They must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with no stains or odors such as makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, cigarette smoke, or other marks.
Online Returns:
Items purchased online can be returned by mail within 15 days of the delivery date. Please send returns to: Simply Sage Boutique, 121 S 1st St., Lindenhurst NY 11757. Include the packing slip or shipping confirmation email in your return package. Note that return shipping costs are not covered by us. Returns arriving after the 15-day window will be sent back to you. Alternatively, you can return online orders in-store within the 15-day window to avoid shipping costs.
Exchanges for online orders can only be processed in-store within the 15-day return window due to our inventory changes. If you need to return an eligible item by mail, store credit will be issued.
Returning In Store:
For in-store returns of online purchases, exchanges or store credit can be processed within 15 days from the original purchase date. Bring your packing slip or shipping confirmation email as proof of purchase. Please note, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items:
Items marked as final sale, including sale items, accessories, bodysuits, gift cards, and other specified items, are not eligible for return or exchange. The list below includes all items that are final sale.

Simply Sage Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once our tracking information confirms delivery to the provided shipping address.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us at shopsimplysageboutique@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery for assistance. For in-store purchases, please notify us within 24 hours. Please note that we are not responsible for damages that occur to merchandise outside of our store.
